The SAWH steel pipe is the spiral submerged arc welding steel pipe for short. It is made adopting submerged arc welding technique and comes with a welding seam.
SHENGLI has overwhelming advantages over competitors in manufacturing this spiral welded pipe. We have 10 traditional one-step production lines and 1 two-step production line that enables to produce finely pre-welded SAWH steel pipe of 360,000 tons per year. And, we have become the leading enterprise in this industry in virtue of large productivity and advanced technical equipment.
Presently, we can produce the HSAW steel pipe with specification of Φ219-Φ2200mm, and the maximum pipe wall thickness reaches 25.4mm. We are also capable of producing the double-sided spiral submerged arc welded pipe by using the X120 Grade materials. Annual production capacity of 1450,000 tons is available for SHENGLI.
Meanwhile, we can manufacture the SAWH steel pipe as per technical requirements of customers. We also have 5 anti-corrosion operating lines, of which 3 are used for pipe exterior anti-corrosion treatment and 2 are used for pipe interior anti-corrosion treatment. The specifications of helical welded steel pipe respectively fit for exterior and interior anti-corrosion treatment are Φ219-Φ1420mm and Φ426-Φ1420mm.
